The workshop is split into three parts, with a lunch break to recharge:
Part 1: Strength-Building Drills
Cally will guide you through targeted exercises designed to build arm and core strength, laying the groundwork for poses like bakasana, eka pada galavasana, handstands, and pike presses into headstands. These drills will give you the tools to hold your own bodyweight with control and ease.
Lunch Break: Fresh Fitness Foods
Take a 30-minute break to enjoy a light meal by Fresh Fitness Foods, pre-selected by you before the workshop. It’s the perfect chance to refuel and connect with fellow yogis.
Part 2: Arm Balances and Inversions

Part 3: Closing Flow
