Studio Etiquette

GoodGood Yoga’s Studio Etiquette

At GoodGood Yoga, our mission is to create a warm, welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable, connected, and free to focus on their practice. To ensure the best experience for all, please take a moment to review our studio etiquette:

  1. Show Up Fresh
Arrive clean and ready for practice. Wear fresh clothing and body deodorant to help maintain a pleasant, comfortable environment for everyone in our shared space.

  2. Arrive On Time
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts to settle in and respect the flow of the session. Late arrivals can disrupt the experience, so doors close promptly at the start of class.

  3. Mind the Space
Keep noise to a minimum in the studio and reception area. This is a space for relaxation and mindfulness.

  4. Phones on Silent
Please turn off or silence your phone before entering the studio. Let this be your time to unplug and be fully present.

  5. Respect Personal Space
The studio has a 14-mat capacity. Place your mat mindfully and allow room for others to flow comfortably.

  6. Clean Up After Class
Wipe down your mat and any props you’ve used before putting them away. Let’s keep our shared space tidy and inviting.

  7. Be Kind and Inclusive
We’re all here for our own journey. Treat fellow yogis, instructors, and staff with kindness and respect.

  8. Listen to Your Body
Practice at your own pace, honor your limits, and don’t hesitate to modify poses or take breaks when needed.

By following these guidelines, we can ensure that GoodGood Yoga remains a sanctuary for balance, strength, and connection. Thank you for being part of our community!
