This April, we’re taking that energy beyond the mat. Led by Evie, GoodGood Run Club is about building strength, endurance, and connection—one stride at a time. Expect a mix of steady runs, intervals, and mobility work designed to keep you strong and injury-free.
First session kicks off on Saturday, 12 April at 10:30am and runs every Saturday at 10:30am from then on!
