Our Story


We’re on a mission to make you feel good on and off the mat.

GoodGood Yoga isn’t just about movement—it’s about connection. When I moved to London from New York five years ago, I longed for a space where wellness and community could coexist. That’s how GoodGood Yoga came to life—a place to meet, move, and grow together.

My yoga journey began over two decades ago when recurrent tendonitis led me to my first hot yoga class. What started as physical therapy transformed into a practice of self-awareness and mindfulness. This passion inspired me to become a yoga instructor in 2012, and after years of dreaming, I took the leap to open my own studio. The arrival of my daughter in 2023 gave me the courage to leave the corporate world and bring this vision to life.

GoodGood Yoga’s first studio opens in December 2024 in South London, offering athletic, warm yoga sessions in a modern, welcoming environment. We’re on a mission to make you feel good—on and off the mat. Come for the movement, stay for the connection, and find your flow.
